Returns & Orders
Domestic Returns
Returns can be made on items within 30 days of the order date, not the delivery date, provided they’re in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, minus shipping costs.
You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please report it within 3 days of delivery by emailing roy@runrulereign.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed and handled promptly.
Order Changes
Order changes may be possible until fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed once your order is confirmed. Any requests made after confirmation are subject to availability and processing status.
Additional Notes
All items must meet the return requirements listed above to qualify for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
