These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and RUN RULE REIGN. LLC (“RUN RULE REIGN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of https://runrulereign.com and any related pages or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site.

- We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information and to promptly update such information as needed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and/or outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be offered from time to time. Unless stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Promotions do not apply retroactively.

10. No Resale

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
