Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Eligible Return Options
We currently offer the following return options:
- Exchange for a different size or color
- Exchange for a different style
- Return for store credit
- Return for a refund to the original payment method
Return Shipping & Fees
- Exchanges and store credit returns ship free.
- Returns for refund are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery for processing.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be in new/excellent condition
- No visible wear, damage, odors, or alterations
- Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused or returned to sender
